We provide services of 3 and 5 axis CNC milling as well as the treatment by using CNC milling –drilling machine. The 5 axis milling is performed with HERMLE U1130 and HERMLE C42 machines. Tool or machine parts up to 1400 kg can be treated in a 5 axis way. |
Wire erosion services are provided with CNC wire erosion machines – we have two of them: FANUC ALPHA-0iC and FANUC ALPHA-1iC. FANUC ALPHA-1iC machine has a bigger holder to be able to cut pieces of larger dimensions. |
Thermoplastic and aluminium injection molding tools and forging tools are constructed in our construction department. We mostly construct by using SIEMENS NX (for technical documentation) and DEPOCAM (CNC programs). |
Sink erosion is carried out with CNC machines of CDM ROVELLA and MAKINO EDNC 43. Erosion services with graphite or copper electrodes are provided for pieces up to 800 x600 x350 mm. Both machines are equipped with EROWA fixturing system. |
Holes from 0.5 up to 3.0 mm can be punched with MAX SEE DRILL EDM machine. Moreover, we can punch widia. |
Measurements of pieces up to 800x1000x700 mm are carried out with WENZEL XOrbit87 machines based on a 3 D model or 2 D drawing. Moreover, a measurement protocol can be prepared for every measured piece according to customer’s wishes. |

Our tool making plant produces thermoplastic and aluminium injection molding tools as well as steel and aluminium forging tools. Our thermoplastic injection molding tools are intended for large series injections of different parts which are assembled in the automotive industry and household appliances production.
Tools Construction and production of MENART Ltd. The MENART Ltd Company was founded in 1995. At the beginning we dealt with the mold treatment for glass industry as well as the production of smaller tool parts, like inserted pieces, electrodes and similar. Our services were provided by using the 4-axis milling machine of MAHO MH 800. At the turn of the millennium glass industry was affected by the crisis and we were forced to start to look for new products and services.
